The 25 LEDs show fantastic patterns on the 55mm square as they chase around the outside and inside. 

 

You can select to show any of the preprogrammed patterns by simply pressing the button, or you can have all patterns automatically cycled through in sequence (as shown in the video) to give an amazing display. Use several of these kits together to create a really fabulous display.

 

As well as the chasing patterns, you can set the chaser to show textual messages too: it can show "Happy Birthday", "Merry Xmas" and "Happy New Year". Please let me know if you'd like a personalised message (at no cost).

 

All patterns are animated - the LEDs appear to move and chase each other. The speed of the pattern animations can be set with the adjustment knob.

 

The microcontroller remembers your previous pattern selection, so it is restored automatically when you next switch on.

 

The main components are fitted to one side of the PCB, and the LEDs to the other side of the PCB.

 

When ordering, you can the choose the colours of LEDs. You could have all the same colour, or you can have a mix of colours. If you don't see the colour mix that you would like, just write what you need in the "Personalisation" box when ordering and we'll make them for you.

 

The kit complete with detailed assembly instructions to help you to assemble, and a description of what each component does that you can learn from.

 

Requires a 9V power source such as a 9V battery. Comes complete with power connecting wires and a PP3 9V battery connector (battery not supplied).

 

Prepared for dispatch in an antistatic environment, packaged in an ESD protective bag, and sent to you in a padded jiffy bag.
