Geoff's Aliens Tracker

Geoff wanted a Xenomorph Aliens detector and tracker for his model plastics. We designed some custom electronics that detect the presence of Xenomorph Aliens (or humans in fact) using an infra-red detector, then lights LEDs to show their range like a radar. The project also has a pulsing sound when looking for Aliens, and a pinging sound when they are detected.

Multicolour Artwork Lighting

A university art student needed some very special lighting for their art project, which required red and blue lights as an illusion to select what could and could not be seen in their pictures. The art was mounted in a frame and we designed and constructed lighting that went around the frame which automatically faded various colours, so animated the art. We designed and built the lighting they needed and their art was showcased and exhibited.

Vince's Speeder Lighting

Sci-Fi model maker Vince needed some lighting to bring his Falke Speeder model to life. We designed and constructed lighting that emulated the spinning blades of the jet engine turbines, and designed a multicolour lights unit for the engine exhaust afterburner. Vince loved this.
